Pass a prompt id as promptId to createPromptAction, listPromptActions or listVisibilityResponseHistory. By default only prompts that are on and whose topic is on are listed; includeInactive adds switched-off prompts and prompts in switched-off topics. Deleted prompts are never listed. The plan's prompt allowance can still hold back an active prompt; getProjectUsage reports active prompts. Ordered by id. Pass nextCursor back as cursor with topicId and includeInactive unchanged.
