# Shared reports

> Send a read-only Outcomes report to someone without a DevTune account using an expiring share link, and revoke it when it is no longer needed.

A **shared report** is a read-only view of one project's Outcomes stage, published at a link that needs no sign-in. Use it when a stakeholder, client, or executive should see what shipped and what it moved without being added to your team.

## Create a share link

1. Open a project
2. Select **Project settings** in the sidebar
3. Open the **Sharing** tab
4. Select **Create share link**
5. Fill in the dialog and confirm

The dialog asks for:

* **Who is this for** - a label only you see. It identifies the link when you revoke it.
* **Reporting window** - how much history the report covers
* **Link expires after** - how long the link stays live

DevTune shows the full link once, immediately after creation. Copy it then. Only a fingerprint of the link is stored, so it cannot be displayed again. If you lose a link, revoke it and create another.

## What the report contains

The shared report covers a single project:

* The loop summary for the reporting window, covering **Visibility**, **AI Demand**, **Act**, and **Outcomes**
* An AI demand snapshot with citations per day and AI sessions per day
* The **Outcomes** scoreboard and ledger rows for the window

Row deltas compare the 14 days after each change with the 14 days before it, the same rule the Outcomes ledger uses.

Stages your plan does not include are labelled **Not included in this report** rather than being dropped silently, so the reader can tell the difference between a missing stage and a stage with no results.

## What the report excludes

A share link carries no sign-in and reaches nothing else in your account. It cannot open project settings, integrations, other projects, or any account surface. The public page is not indexed by search engines.

Anyone holding the link can read the report, so treat it as public.

## Expiry and revocation

Every share link expires. The **Sharing** tab lists each link with its state:

* **Live** - readable now
* **Expired** - past its expiry date
* **Revoked** - switched off manually

Select **Revoke** on a live link to switch it off ahead of its expiry. Revocation takes effect immediately for new requests.

## Who can share

Creating and revoking share links requires a role that can manage project settings, on a plan that includes Outcomes. Reading a shared report requires nothing beyond the link.
