An AI agent can sign you up for DevTune and set up your project. It drafts the domain, competitors and prompts, and you review them and confirm in DevTune. Once you confirm, the agent can work on that project through the DevTune API and MCP server.

Copy the prompt

Paste this into your agent:
That’s all your agent needs. The rest of this page covers what happens next.

Before you start

  • An agent that can make HTTP requests, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
  • The email address you sign in to DevTune with, or the one you’ll sign up with. You don’t need an account yet.
  • A team whose settings you manage. If you don’t have one, you can create one while you claim the project.

Step 1: Give your agent the prompt

The agent asks for your domain and email if it doesn’t know them, registers with DevTune, saves a draft of the setup, and sends you a link and a 6-digit code. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, ask the agent for a new one.

Step 2: Claim the project

  1. Open the link, then sign in or sign up with the email address you gave the agent.
  2. Under Enter the code, enter the 6-digit code. Five wrong codes lock it; ask the agent for a new code.
  3. Under Select a team, choose the team the project goes in, or select Create a team. A team that can’t take the project shows why, for example when its plan doesn’t include API access.
  4. Under Review the setup, check the domain, brand context, competitors and prompts. DevTune fills in anything the agent left out. Select 5 to 10 prompts.
  5. Select Connect agent.
DevTune creates the project the same way the new-project wizard does. A team that hasn’t had a trial starts its 14-day free trial, with no card required, and DevTune starts the first probe run. If the team needs a plan first, select Open billing, choose a plan in the new tab, then select Continue. You can close the page and open the link again. Once you’ve entered the code and selected a team, the link reopens your review.

Step 3: Let the agent work

When the page shows Agent connected, the agent can use the project. It acts as an API key named Agent registration on the project, owned by you, with the scopes your plan allows. To stop the agent, revoke that key under API Keys in the account sidebar.
