This guide helps you understand the DevTune interface and how to navigate between features.

Account Home

When you sign in, you’ll land on your Account Home page. This is your central hub showing:
  • All your projects displayed as cards
  • Quick access to create new projects
  • Search functionality to find projects quickly (useful for teams with many projects)
Each project card shows:
  • Project name and description
  • Quick stats and recent activity
  • Visibility trends
Click any project card to enter that project’s workspace.

Project Navigation

Once inside a project, you’ll see a sidebar with the following sections:

Overview

  • Actions - Your task list with recommended next steps to improve visibility
  • Insights - AI-generated insights about your performance and opportunities
  • Alerts - Notifications about significant changes in your metrics

AI Search Tracking

  • Overview - Main search visibility dashboard with key metrics at a glance
  • Analytics - Performance trends, charts, and detailed metric breakdowns over time
  • Heatmap - Prompt-by-platform performance grid to identify strengths and gaps
  • Citations - Monitor where and how your domains are being cited by AI platforms
  • Prompts - View and manage the search queries being tracked
  • Config - Centralized configuration with tabs for Platforms, Citation Sources, Brand Terms, and Brands

Adoption

  • Overview - Track how AI platforms are adopting and referencing your product over time

LLM Traffic

  • Overview - Monitor AI bot visits and referral traffic to your website
  • Settings - Configure LLM traffic tracking and collection preferences

Top Navigation

At the top of every page you’ll find:
  • Project selector - Switch between projects quickly
  • Team selector - Switch between team accounts (if you belong to multiple)
  • Notifications - View alerts and updates
  • Account menu - Access settings and sign out

Key Metrics at a Glance

Throughout the dashboard, you’ll encounter key metrics:

Overall Presence Rate

The percentage of AI search responses where your citation sources appear. This is your primary visibility metric.

Share of Voice

Your brand’s share of all citations for tracked prompts compared to competitors. This shows your relative market position.

Sentiment Score

How positively or negatively AI platforms describe your brand when they mention it.

Secondary Metrics

You’ll also find more detailed metrics across the dashboard:
  • Brand Mentions - How frequently your brand name appears in AI response text
  • Top of Answer - The percentage of times your domain is the first citation
  • Avg Citation Rank - Your average citation position when cited
  • Primary Citation Share - How often you are the primary citation

Quick Actions

From the Overview section, you can:
  • View Insights - Check AI-generated recommendations for improving visibility
  • Review Actions - See prioritized tasks to improve your AI search presence
  • Check Alerts - See notifications about significant metric changes

Mobile Experience

DevTune is optimized for desktop use, but you can:
  • View results and analytics on mobile
  • Check alerts and notifications
  • Review high-level dashboards
For detailed configuration, we recommend using a desktop browser.
