  • Brand - View your brand versus competitor brands

Topic Analysis

Topic Performance

If you have organized prompts into topics:
  • View aggregate visibility by topic
  • Compare topic performance side by side
  • Identify which content areas are strongest and weakest
  • Guide content priorities based on topic-level gaps

Citation Analysis

Citation Sources

The analytics page surfaces citation data showing:
  • Which of your tracked domains are being cited
  • Citation frequency over time
  • Primary vs. competitor citation share
Track how your citation profile changes:
  • Are AI platforms citing your docs more or less over time?
  • Which specific pages receive the most citations?
  • How does your citation share compare to competitors?

Competitive Visibility

Competitor Tracking

If you have configured competitor brands:
  • View your visibility alongside competitor visibility
  • Track share of voice trends over time
  • Identify prompts where competitors outperform you
  • Spot opportunities where competitors are weak

Filtering and Drilling Down

Filter Options

Narrow your analysis:
  • Date range - Select specific time periods
  • Platform - Filter to individual platforms via source tabs
  • Topic - Filter by topic group
  • Dimension - Group data by topic, platform, or brand

Common Analysis Scenarios

Performance Review

Weekly or monthly review workflow:
  1. Check overall presence rate and share of voice trends
  2. Review platform-level breakdown for any platform-specific drops
  3. Look at topic performance to find content areas needing attention
  4. Check the Insights page for AI-generated recommendations

Problem Investigation

When visibility drops:
  1. Identify which platforms are affected using the platform breakdown
  2. Check which topics declined using the dimension selector
  3. Look at citation data to see if citation share changed
  4. Review specific prompts in the Prompts section for details

Opportunity Identification

Finding growth areas:
  1. Look for topics with improving trends
  2. Identify platforms where you have low presence but competitors are also weak
  3. Find prompts where you appear but are not cited (citation gap)
  4. Check competitor performance for topics where they are losing ground

Best Practices

Regular Monitoring

Check analytics consistently:
  • Weekly quick checks on summary card trends
  • Monthly deeper review of platform and topic breakdowns
  • After each search tracking test completes, review updated data

Contextual Analysis

Consider external factors:
  • AI platform algorithm changes may affect all brands equally
  • Competitor content changes can shift share of voice
  • Your own content updates take time to be reflected in AI models

Action-Oriented

Use analytics to drive action:
  • Prioritize content work based on visibility gaps
  • Create actions from the Actions Hub for identified improvements
  • Track whether your changes result in improved metrics over time
